Cod Almighty have set up an online petition, protesting against the proposal to introduce penalty shootouts into the Football League to ‘settle’ drawn matches.  Apparently League chairman Lord Mawhinney believes that the fans love penalty shootouts but if, like many other football supporters, you think he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, you can click on the link below and sign the petition.
