All members of the Grimsby Town Supporters’ Society Limited, (hereafter known as GTST) are hereby invited to attend the 2009 Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held in the Lower Findus Bar at Grimsby Town Football Club, Blundell Park, Cleethorpes on Saturday 15^th August 2009.  The business of the meeting will commence at 5.15pm and conclude at about 6pm.

If any member is unable to attend, but wishes to vote on the proposals, they may appoint a proxy in writing (see proxy slips on full AGM announcement document).

Under Rule 56, the Society Board will have not less than 7 and not more than 20 members. Currently there are 6 board members and, to date, 4 members have already put themselves forward to stand for election to the Board. We are currently inviting applications from other members to join the Board. Closing date for applications is 31^st July 2009.

In the event that we receive a total of 14 or less valid applications for the vacant board positions, all applicants will be automatically elected to the Board. In the event that more than 14 valid applications are received, a ballot will take place.                

Applications for the board will be considered after 31st July if you are unable to respond before the deadline due to holidays etc.
