Following on from the success of last year’s Sponsor a Sod campaign, Grimsby Town Supporters Trust are pleased to announce that we will be running the scheme again this season.

  Each sod costs £50 each and for that you will get:

•  A certificate of ownership
• Your name/company name in every copy of the Mariner Matchday Magazine next season
• The chance to win a 2007/08 season ticket, worth at least £285 (last season’s winners were Healing Hotspurs)

 Last season, the money raised by the Sponsor a Sod scheme enabled the Trust to purchase 1600 shares in Grimsby Town Football Club and this season we are hoping to do even better than that.

 If you would like to purchase a sod, please send a cheque for £50, made payable to “Grimsby Town Supporters”, to:

Please remember to include the following details with your cheque:

• Your name
• Your address
• Your telephone number/email address
• Details of what you want to appear in your square in the programme if it is something other than just your name (please keep it short and clean!)

Hurry though, as there are a limited number of sods available and applications must be received by Monday 31^st July in order to guarantee that your name will appear in the first programme of the season.
